I've stayed here several times. It's a convenient hotel to lots of attractions in Center City Philadelphia. Reading Terminal etc. Valet parking is good. I used valet parking this time since I could not find an offsite garage that was cheaper. It was nice I could keep an eye on my black RAM from my window. Check in was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast selection was satisfactory. Cold and hot items to choose from. I will continue to stay here.

Stayed a total of two nights. Clean, and a great bed ro go with a small room. Breakfast area was large, and showed me a tear shaped omlette that really had flavor to it. We were having issues with our coffee maker, that was replaced soon after reporting the problem. The hotel entrance was on a quiet street for being in the city. We left with all our expectations being met. Staff we encountered were people friendly. No regrets.

My stay at Hampton Inn was absolutely fantastic! Alicia, at the front desk greeted me with a huge smile and amazing enthusiasm. She was awesome! The convenience of being in center city was perfect. Can’t wait to stay again this weekend. Darryl

Thomas was absolutely wonderful. He helped me over the phone and took the time to find me the cheapest possible rate without me even having to ask. He was fast, patient, and incredibly helpful, and made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Truly great customer service and very much appreciated.

Center City Hotel with friendly accessible service as we never waited at the front desk. Rooms were comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was hot and enjoyable. Stayed in the winter so there was a coffee, hot chocolate, and Tea service plus home made cookies were offered. The water station was always full which both were appreciated after cold walks around the city. Stayed over New Year's Day and the hotel was festive as Philadelphia is for their historic Mummers Day Parade. Parking is Valet only so unloading the vehicle needs a plan but the service was capable on drop off and pick up. We had a great New Year's Day weekend in Center City there

Great value for location especially considering breakfast was included. Staff were friendly and attended to any issues quickly. Breakfast was good. There are limited options, but it's probably the most generous free breakfast I've ever had. Loved the fresh waffles!! Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Walking distance to all the historic sites. Very close to the city hall train station if you want to go to the stadiums. Will likely stay here again on our next visit.

Pretty decent hotel in Center City, consider you're real close the the PA Convention Center, real close to the Broad Street Line, and Jefferson Station for Regional Rail. The outside parts could be a bit better, they feel a bit sketchy especially at night. But for the rooms and service, they were excellent and typical for a Hilton property, only gripe was that there were only two towels for a two queen room. Free breakfast too with a pretty good selection, waffle makers with several toppings as well, coffee and water all day/night too.

Service overall went well, and the location was convenient for the conference I attended. However, both times I came down to the front desk with issues about my room, the front desk agent and the manager who came over — an older gentleman with glasses — were openly flirting and joking with each other before assisting me. They both did end up helping me in the end, but I definitely could have gone without seeing all the flirting while I was trying to get my situation resolved. I was told someone would follow up about compensation, but I still haven’t received an email or refund. Pros: Kind staff overall, and the conference space and meeting went well.
